Throw in 3-4 sets at the end of each GVT training day. You have 3 options: 1) alternate forearms and calves with each GVT session or 2) superset them at the end of each session or 3) alternate between options #1 and #2 (especially if you want to prioritize calves or forearms). Considering they both recover relatively quickly any of these options is viable, and it will depend on what works for you and your energy levels.

I want to put in a good word for GVT full body. (per workout)
I walked into GVT without knowing there was such a routine. at 56 yrs old. Put in 2.5 hrs 3 nights a week and slowly increased wight until I was doing 10x10@160 lb on bench.
Eventually reached a full body strentgh condition better than when I was 17. One word 'Awesome'! My mistake was not taking a break period after 2 months . I went about 6 months straight.
