Looking for a great recipe on how to make a protein cheesecake? It probably doesn’t get any better than this. Each slice has about 20 grams of protein, 6 grams of carbohydrates, and 2.25 grams of fat (20/6/2.25). That’s only 124 calories per slice! Here’s the video tutorial:
2 pounds of no fat cream cheese
4 large eggs (whole)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 ounce (half cup) milk (low fat, no carb)
1 cup cooking splenda (sucralose)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Using No Fat cooking spray, spray 9 inch pie pan
Mix the ingredients using an electric blender in a large bowl
Pour the mixture into the pre-greased pan
Heat at 350 degrees for about 40-50 minutes
Remove from the oven and place it in refrigerator
This is not mentioned in the video, however:
You must let it sit at least 4-5 hours in the fridge if you want the protein cheesecake to come out well.
Tip: If you add protein powder to the mix, you’ll obviously have even more protein. Good Luck!
